Fior d' Italia
Fior d' Italia- America's Oldest Italian Restaurant gives a 20% discount (on their food) to all active duty personnel and their family members when with them. We also feed any military on their way to deployment as our treat. Additionally, we have traditionally fed service academy teams at a 50% discount and done special meals/prices for their parents who accompany them. Every year during fleet week we feed for free (it's our honor to feed them) about 600 sailors, Marines and other support staff at our restaurant.
We try to work with military groups and associations to accommodate their needs and budgets. Our chef was a Green Beret, our owner an Army pilot and his son an Air Force KC-10 pilot. We are a sanctuary in San Francisco.
